Derry in winter

I was born and raised in the city of Derry/Londonderry, in Northern Ireland. It is the only completely intact walled city in Europe, and has a long history from the Ulster plantation and the siege, to the more recent civil rights movement and 'the troubles'. You can read more about it at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derry

The city coat of arms. A lot of people think the skeleton refers to the siege, but in fact it probably refers to a knight who was imprisoned nearby.
